Doctor's Visit

After debating for awhile, i decided i couldn't take the pain anymore. Today was my doctor's appointment about my knee pain. I saw someone my mother in-law recommended and i was pretty happy with the guy. His diagnosis is a patella femoral syndrome. According to the doc, it was eventually going to happen. The way my foot strikes when i run, and the first workout with the vest, did me in. Im not allowed to do all my favorite exercises for about a month and that's going to drive me crazy! Im not going to be able to join my  team mates for the Affiliate competition in Ohio. So my next competition will be the Mid-Atlantic Hopper hosted  by Crossfit BWI in September or October. Now i just have to figure out what my daily wods are going to be. On a side note: today is the first day of Josh Courage's month long bike ride from San Fran to Washington DC, on a bike. I've had the great privilege of working out with an amazing guy and wish him luck on this amazing journey. Looking forward to the updates.
